How early should I arrive?+
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in. If you’ve completed your forms at home, you’ll be in the chair in no time.
Do you see children?+
Absolutely — we love first visits. We recommend a child’s first exam around age one, or when their first teeth appear. Expect sunglasses, a gentle ride in the chair, and the treasure chest.
What insurance do you accept?+
We accept most major PPO dental plans and file claims for you. Call us with your plan details and we’ll be glad to verify your coverage.
I’m nervous about the dentist. Can you help?+
Yes — many of our patients once felt the same. We move at your pace, explain everything, and focus on comfort at every step. Just let us know, and we’ll take extra care.
Do you handle dental emergencies?+
We do. If you’re in pain or have had an accident, call us first thing — we keep room in the schedule for urgent same-day care whenever possible.
